  I am passionate in helping  both buyers and  sellers throughout the entire real estate process. I specialize in working with sellers, buyers, investors, and clients interested in relocation. For first time buyers, I assist in finding the right loan officer and financing programs. I do an extensive search for their ideal home, make an offer, and close a successful transaction. I have a BA in International Business from San Diego State University. I am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. My philosophy is simple: My clients come first.
