Nicky Jerez

Raised in both New Jersey and the Caribbean, Nicky moved to South Florida 18 years ago with a goal to spend quality time with her family. After graduating with a B.A. in Hospitality Administration, she became passionate in the real estate, property management and travel industry. She then met agent Denise Pichardo and decided to team up as "Cana & Associate". They both provide sellers, buyers and investors; guidance, education and effective marketing for a successful and smooth transaction.
