Michelle Nieves

 Michelle's career in the Real Estate industry spans nearly over a decade in the Brooklyn and Manhattan markets maintaining and cultivates relationships with building owners, landlords, and institutional investor groups.

Within her career, she brings a high volume of residential leasing and sales experience, – including both existing buildings and new development properties. Her goal is to help owners maximize their investment - through creative and effective sales marketing and leasing strategies. Michelle's career in the real estate industry has been successfully completed over 7,000 transactions during this time.

Through these experiences, Michelle has learned all the in’s and out’s of Real Estate – whether it be from an owner's perspective to a first-time buyer, to the investor, she has the ability to identify the client’s needs and relate to their concerns no matter the circumstances.
